Our program emphasizes advanced strategic team development, ensuring you learn:

• Elite Offensive Principles: Master intricate spacing, precision cutting, effective screening, dynamic movement with and without the ball, and pinpoint passing that breaks down top defenses.
• Advanced Defensive Strategies: Develop expertise in both sophisticated man-to-man and strategic zone defense, understanding rotations and communication at an elite level.
• Next-Level Game IQ: Deepen your understanding of timing, non-verbal communication, and how to execute complex plays under the intense pressure of high-stakes competition.

Teams will be carefully formed based on age and skill level, guaranteeing competitive and challenging tournament experiences. You'll have unparalleled opportunities to showcase your progress and compete at the highest level:

• Five Premier West Coast Tournaments: Participate in one major tournament in June, two in July, and two in August, traveling to take on the region's top talent.
• Inter-Program Scrimmages: Test your advanced skills against other Flight teams in dynamic practice games.
• 3x3 and Small-Sided Competitions: Hone specific skills and quick decision-making in fast-paced, smaller-format tournaments.

Program Inclusions:

• Custom Flight Uniforms: Each participant will receive our custom, reversible Flight uniform, designed for both performance and style (as seen in our product slides on the Shopify product page).
• Tournament Entry Fees: All entry fees for the five premier tournaments are included in the program.
