The Flight Tournament Team Program is designed for dedicated players ready to put their hard-earned skills to the ultimate test on the court. This isn't just about playing games; it's about truly understanding and mastering the nuances of high-level team basketball.

Our program emphasizes strategic team development, ensuring you learn:

• Offensive Principles: Master spacing, cutting, screening, moving with and without the ball, and precision passing.
• Defensive Strategies: Develop expertise in both man-to-man and zone defense.
• Game IQ: Understand timing, communication, and how to execute under real game pressure.

Teams will be carefully formed based on age and skill level, guaranteeing competitive and challenging tournament experiences. You'll have ample opportunities to showcase your progress and compete at a high level with:

• Monthly OAB/Hoop Source Tournaments: Participate in one major tournament a month
• Inter-Program Scrimmages: Test your skills against other developing teams in Salem with the Friday Night Buckets 2 Game Series. 

Program Inclusions:

• Customized Flight Uniforms: Each participant will receive our customized, reversible Flight uniform, designed for both performance and style (as seen in our product slides on the Shopify product page).
• Tournament Entry Fees: All entry fees for the five premier tournaments are included in the program.
  
• 2 skills sessions per week
• 1 plyometric and agility training session per week
