Winter Season Confirmation

Your athlete has been offered a spot with Oregon Flight for the upcoming Winter Season (starting in December). This registration payment confirms your family’s commitment and holds your player’s place on the team.

We use this payment to:

Confirm that you’re accepting the roster spot

Begin ordering uniforms and planning gym space, tournaments, and staffing

What this payment does:

- Applies toward your total season fees (this is not an extra charge)

- Confirms your spot on the Winter roster

Signals to us that we should order your player’s uniform and count them in for the season

If this payment is not completed by the stated deadline, we will treat it as a decline of the roster offer and may offer the spot to another player.

When you complete this registration payment, you’re also agreeing to the core standards of Oregon Flight:

- Positive attitude – show up ready to compete and support teammates

- Strong work ethic – on time, prepared, and engaged in practices and games

- Coachability – willing to receive feedback and make adjustments

- Respect – for coaches, teammates, officials, opponents, and facilities

Families and players who consistently violate these expectations may be asked to leave the program. We protect the culture and the gym for everyone.
